Counselling for adults
I offer one-to-one, open-ended counselling for adults.
(Please note: I am currently only able to offer online sessions due to the COVID restrictions.)
My practice is based on a person-centred, integrative approach, and since we are all unique and have differing needs, I am flexible and will work in the way that best suits you. I always provide a warm, welcoming and safe environment where you will be listened to in confidence and never judged.
I am a member of the BACP, and adhere to their ethical framework, and I also hold an enhanced DBS certificate.
Fees are £45 per hour. Concessions are available for those on low income and counselling students (please enquire). Sessions last between 50-60 minutes, usually on a weekly basis, with payment via cash, cheque or bank transfer in advance. Cancellations require 48 hours notice, otherwise a cancellation fee will be payable.
